University of Louisville

After almost 2 months of head scratching and uncertainties I finally got my first letter of acceptance from University of Louisville, Kentucky. But like every step in my application process, even this one met with a snag.

I made it crystal clear in my application (both online and in application package) that I wanted admission for the Fall 2007 Semester. And yet just 1hour ago I received a mail from an International Student Advisor with the following content:

Please note you were admitted for the Spring term. However, because it is too late to come for this term, please contact the department if you should wish to defer your admission to the Summer or Fall 07 terms.

I was like Duh!! :O – I couldn’t have made my application preferences more clear. But anyway, I have emailed the university to defer my admissions. In either case, at least my admission has been confirmed to one university in USA. So USA… Here I come…
