It’s that time of the year again when I begin experiencing the complex biochemical effects of Histamine… hehe… Yeah, it is allergy season again. This morning, I woke up at 3AM with itching all over my face - Bed Bugs??? Maybe, but I changed my bedsheets and the itching was all gone. I finally got up at 7AM and the moment I got up from bed I sneezed one after the other, for a record 24 times. The end result - Running nose, Watery eyes and mild headache.
I finished my morning chores - which usually includes brushing and going to the loo - and went on with breakfast. Next it was time for the news, So I opened the days newspaper and There came another sneeze attack. Alas! this time it only lasted for unlucky 13 sneezes.
Well this continued throughout the morning: on my way to hospital, while examining patients, etc. Luckily the symptoms subsided by noon.
I’m starting antihistamines if the symptoms continue tomorrow also.
