I need rehab

I am severely addicted to PC’s now. Today I just came online to check my mails for 5 minutes and instead ended up writing 3 posts (this is the 4th one) and browsing through tons of useless sites. It’s worse than alcohol addiction. I need all the help that I can get. I’ll try to cut down my net usage by asking my dad to password protect my PC and getting a limited net account from next month. If I fail at this then all hope is gone. I need serioius rehab.
