Amidst talks with MJZ hosting about changing my server, I am left hanging by an iota of a thread on my current snail speed server. Today I just logged into my blog account to change a few user subscriptions (which BTW still does not work) and I was shocked by the time my server took to render the wordpress dashboard (Admin page) - A whooping 58.93 seconds.
I expected slower performances when I choose this cheap Indian shared server. But my estimates were not anywhere near the latest benchmark that my server seems to have achieved. The technical support is very kind to send me a standard format mail every time I make a complain.

That is so banal :mad: I will be giving them a call tomorrow morning to see it they plan to change my servers at all. One other problem that I face is - If I have to migrate - changing from H-sphere to cPanel. The DB pathways are different and so I’ll have to dig into the database to change everything. Fortunately Matt @ MJZ hosting has generously offered to help me out with it. But it’s still going to be a pain in the arse :mrgreen:
