Aargh… I’ve been too frustrated the past 3 days… The guys at Reliance disconnected my Internet connection without even asking my permission and the worst part is that I did not even ask for a disconnection in the first place.

To top it all, there is soo much mis-communication between the departments that you’ll be surprised. I gave at least 15 calls today to the local office and they say that the Bombay head office issues all the orders and they could do nothing about it. Hours later someone from the Bombay office called me up and said that my connection had been restored, but I was still not able to connect. I inquired at the local office and they say that, they have received any confirmation of reconnection and so could not provide any connectivity.

I’ve had it with reliance. I’ve already applied for BSNL broadband (that’s not better either - they take 10 days for installation). Until then I’ll be surfing off the snail speeds of airtel mobile office. But hey something is better than nothing.

My advice to all your people out there reading this.

DO NOT OPT FOR RELIANCE BROADBAND. YOU’LL REGRET THE DAY YOU WERE BORN.

I plan to go to the consumer court regarding the reliance issue, but that’ll have to wait till my USMLE exams get over.
