Sorry for being so mum over the last couple of weeks but I was kinda occupied with my USMLE Step 2 CS exams till the last week of February and SPRING BREAK for the last 10 days… Too bad it went by in a jiffy 
On the good side of things, I got my first real paycheck last week (because the first few jobs were too menial to be considered real jobs) and I present to you a striking comparison b/w my last paycheck from India and my first paycheck over here

Humm… you never know, my spending patterns have changed over the past couple of months

The numbers look. a cool 4 times increment sounds better but what about the spending . isn’t it gone 5-8 times more than what was in india?
BTW congrates for the first pay check it’s always feels great to have the first paycheck credited to your account
