I’ve been having a not-so-secret affair with my music and its time that I add someone to the family. I’ve missed my old rig for quite some time now and the only thing that remains of it are some nostalgic memories (of how I met the love of my life) and this pic that reminds of the glorious days.
I’ve been playing around with the thought of buying a genuine fender product from the time I learned how to play the instrument and after umpteen visits to various music shops in and around philly, I’ve narrowed down my choices to the “Fat Strat” i.e. Fender HSS standard Stratocaster and The Epiphone Les Paul Ultra II (I love the new NanoMag pickup on this baby). It all comes down to my bank balance, long terms music interests and the tolerance level of my roomies 
. The Fender comes with a brand name that assures quality and a price tag of $400 while the Epiphone comes with a nice acoustic pickup and a hefty price tag of $700
Which one will I buy? Wait and watch –> Only 2 more days to go
