They are all php scripts. My server administrator moved me to a diff server and then had to reinstall phpsuexec and this is what caused the CHMOD and owner issues on the folders. @ TechieGirl

There were a couple of posts on wordpress forums about this issue (including mine) and I found one that said that permissions might be the cause. I did a CHMOD And wola!!!
