Another year has passed and many things have changed. Some things remain the same and I’m thankful for both. We spent this years thanksgiving at Vineeth’s place in Chadds Ford, PA and it was a wonderful evening. There were about 15 people from different walks of life, some I had met previously and a couple of new faces. We prepared the meal together (well, it was mostly Vineeth) and I and Palak made things difficult for him (because we were the only vegetarians in the house… hehe)
Vineeth broke the news that he found a new job, we congratulated him and started with the dinner. As a special treat for me, Vineeth and Shilpa had a bottle of the spiciest hot sauce they could find. It was called “Weapon of Ass Destruction”. Unfortunately, we discovered that I had no colon (figuratively) cause the sauce was not spicy enough. It didn’t even register as spicy on my tongue… So much for ass destruction.. 
A post dinner “dirty Taboo” and “Dumb Charades with Bhojpuri movie names” followed and we called it a night at 12… Times like this makes me feel that I don’t want to leave Philadelphia (away from my friends) at all…
