dell-blunder

It’s official! I am an alienhead now. I’ve been dreaming to own one of these alienware PC’s for a very long time and finally took the plunge this holiday season. Pretty shortly, I will have a brand new Alienware M15x in my  hands – that is if dell does not goof up… Oh wait! they just F*$%ing did

My order was slated to be shipped yesterday and I was so excited when I got  tracking number

And then I click on the tracking number… Lo and behold. This is what I get

I have no f@#&ing idea how my order, which was shipped on Dec 5 2009 to Illinois, was delivered to Newyork on Apr 23 2009. It’s either a big nutjob by the dell shipping guys or Dell and FedEx have discovered time travel. The future is here! . (Apparently they still need to figure out the exact co-ordinates while time traveling)

Now I’m stuck for the last 45 minutes (on hold) on the phone to sort this matter out.
